We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join the US Team in Teaneck, NJ as a hybrid role. As our Enterprise Account Manager you will lead our Auction engagement as UVeye’s point of contact. You will manage the execution of our rollout program with our customers. This includes onboarding and training across the US. The Enterprise Account Manager will work closely with the Customer Support and Operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with SLA and agreement requirements.

  • Lead our Fleet Customers engagement as UVeye’ s Senior point of contact.
  • Manage the execution of UVeye <> fleet auctions rollout program from site confirmation to onboarding and training across the US.

  • Define priorities of future improvements based on customer feedback together with Product and Project departments.

  • Explore new opportunities within market possibilities together with the internal team and customer.

We are looking for a Technical Tier 2 HW Support Engineer to join our growing US Team and provide system-level support to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers maintain the required high uptime. The Technical Support Engineer’s responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems, hardware repair and replacement. Lead E2E ticket to resolution. To be qualified for this role, you should hold proven hands-on experience in support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics of multidisciplinary systems, Linux or similar certification is a plus. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.

 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
  • Traveling to customer site >90%, replacing HW modules, and validating system functioning as in specification.
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Travel to customer sites and resolve the issue. For the initial troubleshooting guide Tier 1 for basic troubleshooting. 
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged; Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Field Service Engineer Support Role 
  • Proven hands-on experience in support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics of multidisciplinary systems, Linux, or similar certification.
  • Good understanding of digital cameras, electric components, computer systems, and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to travel for the job requirements

 

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in stereoscopic calibration 
  • Certification in Linux
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
  • Experience with startup companies

As our Warehouse lead you will be responsible for the tracking, packing and crating and shipping and receiving of UVEYE systems, parts, as well as warehouse and installation supplies.  This job requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills and beginner level knowledge of the Enterprise Resource Planning System.    


Here’s what you’ll be doing: 


  • Maintain inventory of warehouse inventory for both assets and consumable items
  • Receipt for arriving shipments using Goods Received Vouchers in ERP system 
  • Package system parts and utilize shipping service centers to expedite to Field Service Engineers
  • Pack and Crate refurbished system for future installations
  • Order and maintain packing supplies for outsized shipments
  • Build and ship system installation kits and ensure arrival prior to system installation start date
  • Document shipping expenses by creating blanket Purchase Orders
  • Print out MSLs to attach to shipments, maintain local file and provide to carrier upon pick-up
  • Be familiar with  Mentor Office inventory levels and assist in maintaining bench stock requirements to minimize parts lead times
  • Weigh and mark crates to ensure accurate quotes are passed for departing shipments
  • Receive beginner level system familiarization to enhance knowledge of system parts and supplies 
  • Track packages to final destination
  • Maintain compliance and complete training needed to ensure employee safety and compliance with OSHA requirements


Requirements

What we’re looking for : 


  • Minimum 3 years experience in Supply/Material Management
  • Experience in organizing warehouse activities
  • Experience using procurement software and databases.
  • Familiar with ERP Software for Warehouse Inventory Management
  • Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills
  • Valid drivers license
  • OSHA Forklift Certified
