As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the full recruitment life-cycle, partner with hiring managers to ensure a fast & efficient recruiting process, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple departments—including CV screening, phone interviews, in-person HR interviews, and hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies.
• Provide strategic guidance on best hiring practices and market trends.
• Train and support interviewers to ensure effective evaluations and consistent decision-making.
• Proactively source candidates using a variety of tools, platforms, and networks.
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey.
