As a GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment life-cycle, partner with hiring managers to ensure a fast & efficient recruiting process, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind.


A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

  • Managing the full life cycle of the hiring process for all UVeye’s departments, including CV screen, phone interviews, in person HR interviews and decision making about new hires with hiring managers.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, advice and determine the most accurate candidate profile and the right sourcing strategy.
  • Providing guidance on hiring practices.
  • Working closely with interviewers, train and guide them through the interview process and decision-making process.
  • Sourcing and engaging potential candidates through different resources, such as social platforms, professional networks and internal databases. 
  • Creating and maintaining an excellent candidate experience at every step of the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from a high-tech company (preferably from a growing startup).
  • Proven sourcing experience using different resources and tools.
  • Experience in conducting phone and in person interviews.
  • Ability to prioritize in a very dynamic environment. 
  • Ability to report and analyze hiring processes. 
  • Ability to work independently and own the process E2E while also collaborating with teammates and different stakeholders.
  • People person and team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English native is a must).
  • Experience working and recruiting globally - Advantage .
