We are looking for an experienced Senior Deep Learning Engineer with proven capabilities to lead the development of new products from concept to production. In this role, you will be a part of a highly talented team to drive UVeye’s inspection portfolio, while creating diverse Machine and Deep Learning algorithmic solutions.



A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

  • Design and Development of novel robust and efficient Machine Learning/ Deep Learning algorithms for major Vision challenges.
  • Create Proof of concept for new products and technology.
  • Evaluate and benchmark different algorithms on unique proprietary datasets.
  • Collaborate with team members to define future technology and features.

Requirements

  • B.Sc or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. is a plus).
  • 4+ years of industry experience developing and deploying Deep Learning solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Python – must; C++ – advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
  • Proven experience in Computer Vision applications, including detection, segmentation, classification, or tracking.
  • Experience in delivering production-grade models and working with real-world noisy data.
  • Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation metrics, and performance tuning.
  • Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments and rapidly shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex technical ideas.
