As we scale rapidly across global markets, we’re seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our Executive Leadership Team. This is a rare opportunity to shape the people strategy of a fast-growing, mission-driven company as we prepare for our next chapter—including global expansion, IPO-readiness, and the continued evolution of a high-performance culture.


A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:


People Strategy & Culture at Scale

  • Architect and drive UVeye’s global people strategy to support growth, innovation, and operational excellence across geographies.
  • Foster a culture grounded in performance, accountability while staying true to UVeye’s core values.

IPO & Growth Readiness

  • Build HR frameworks and practices aligned with public company standards.
  • Ensure readiness for IPO from a people, governance, and compliance standpoint.

Executive Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team, providing data-driven insights and counsel on org design, talent planning, and workforce scaling.

Organizational Development & Performance

  • Lead performance management, L&D, and leadership development programs that support employee growth and readiness for scale.
  • Develop succession planning and internal mobility programs to grow leadership from within.

Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards

  • Oversee global compensation philosophy, equity planning, and benefits strategy to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal to align compensation strategy with long-term business goals and compliance requirements.

Employee Experience & Operations

  • Build scalable HR operations and systems that enhance the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Continuously optimize engagement, feedback loops, and employee communication strategies across remote and hybrid teams.

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a global CHRO or SVP People role
  • Experience supporting a company through IPO or other transformational events
  • Deep understanding of high-growth, venture-backed environments and scaling global organizations
  • Demonstrated success in building talent strategies across engineering, product, GTM, and corporate functions
  • Strong command of compensation design, labor law, HR tech systems, and people analytics
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and executive influence skills
  • Passion for building purpose-driven, inclusive cultures that unlock performance
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in HR, Business, Psychology or related field preferred
