As we continue to scale rapidly across global markets, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team. This is a rare opportunity to lead UVeye’s global finance organization through the next phase of growth—including IPO preparation, strategic M&A activity, and the continued development of a high-performing, data-driven finance function.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:



• IPO Leadership: Own and lead UVeye’s IPO strategy and execution. Build the financial infrastructure and compliance framework required for a successful public offering, working closely with banks, legal teams, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• M&A Strategy & Execution: Identify, assess, and drive acquisition opportunities aligned with UVeye’s strategic roadmap. Lead financial due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration.
• Business Partnering & Financial Modeling: Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team. Create and evolve financial models that drive decision-making across the business, with a focus on forecasting, pricing strategy, and resource allocation.
• Investor Relations: Build and manage relationships with current and prospective investors. Craft compelling narratives and materials that reflect UVeye’s vision, performance, and long-term value creation.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, treasury, tax, accounting, compliance, and audit. Continuously optimize systems and processes to support global scale and operational agility.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with teams across Product, R&D, Sales, and Operations to align financial strategies with go-to-market and product growth initiatives.
• Team Development: Lead and grow a world-class finance team, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and innovation.
