We seek a Data Operations Specialist responsible for testing, collecting ground-truth data, documenting, and reporting on algorithm detection rates and UVeye system performance data obtained at various customer sites, with a primary focus on UV360 technology.


A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

  • Working with UV360 technology as the primary focus of daily responsibilities
  • Perform data annotation and tagging tasks, ensuring high accuracy and quality standards to assist in the training of our AI algorithm.
  • Collecting ground-truth data at different customer sites
  • Reporting on data insights
  • Providing constructive feedback when needed about the data validation process.
  • Per the direction of the Team Lead, pivoting tasks or shifting priorities when needed.
  • Collaborating with different teams globally, such as Data Tagging in Israel.


Requirements

  • Technical background or a degree in a relevant field (STEM).
  • Automotive knowledge of exterior vehicle structures to assist in spotting generation vs reality differences
  • A keen eye for detail with a quality-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for articulating project needs and collaborating effectively across departments
  • The ability to work at a fast pace while not compromising accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.
  • Willingness to learn
  • Willingness to travel to different customer locations up to 3 times a month across the US.
  • Valid Driver’s License for company travel 
  • Customer service and support experience is a plus

Compensation:

UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The hourly rate for this position is $23 – $27.
