Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality.
  • Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with the requirements.

About The Position

UVeye is searching for a well experienced and driven for success Regional Sales Director to join the growing team in the US and establish our sales unit in the West region.


Duties as part of the role -

  • Reporting directly to VP of Sales for Automotive, develop and lead outside sales team of Area Sales Managers (ASM’s)
  • Hire and onboard regionally-based, in-territory sales people focused on new business development
  • Collaborating with executive leadership, plan and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds quotas and defined company objectives
  • Lead ASM’s in development of individual territory sales plans to meet personal and company objectives
  • Determine and enforce appropriate sales development KPIs that support opportunity creation and new dealer business
  • Hold ASM’s accountable to daily activity that executes on defined territory plan
  • Ensure ASM’s adhere to defined sales processes, provide support throughout the sales process to aid in winning new business
  • Identify gaps in sales effectiveness and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to overcome challenges and identify strengths
  • Maintain daily communication and support to the sales team via phone, video, email, market visits, etc.
  • Continually develop sales team skills/effectiveness across all phases of sales process through ongoing team and individual training
  • Assist sales team in deal negotiation and contract execution to ensure compliance with defined revenue and operational guidelines 
  • Support team in management of ongoing dealer client relationships to sell into whitespace 
  • Leverage sales enablement tools and maximize effectiveness with the sales team: prospecting tools, discovery techniques, product demonstrations/presentations, proposals, account plans, territory plans, etc.
  • Maintain an environment of complete CRM usage/hygiene for all activities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional roles/teams (sales management, biz dev, marketing, corporate training, OEM relations, operations, account management, product, legal, IT, etc.)
  • Personally create sales opportunities through existing and newly formed dealer relationships
  • Understand and continually develop the UVeye value proposition to auto dealers and independent service shops
  • Maintain and build personal and organizational industry/category knowledge

  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, advice and determine the most accurate candidate profile and the right sourcing strategy.
  • Sourcing and engaging potential candidates 
  • Handle operational tasks for HR activities such as onboarding, new employees orientation and etc.
  • Assist with all HR-related inquiries or requests.


Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist from a high-tech company (preferably from a growing startup).
  • Proven sourcing experience using different resources and tools.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Familiarity and knowledge of labor laws in the United States
  • Experience in leading HR processes
  • Experience in conducting phone and in person interviews.
  • Ability to prioritize in a very dynamic environment. 
  • Ability to work independently and own the process E2E while also collaborating with teammates and different stakeholders.
